A good plan is the foundation for a good build, or renovation, as the case may be. After we have a conversation about the specifics of your project, we will determine the extent of the design team required to make your dream a reality.
For those whose vision will require permits and plans, we will suggest a design team who will put your ideas to paper. From there, we will begin the process of gathering information from all trades required and provide you an estimate for your project.
For those whose project will not require permits or plans, we get straight to gathering information from all trades required and you will also receive an estimate for your project.
In either case, we will be here to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your quote.
If you choose to partner with Upton Project Management, we will begin the process of confirming details and schedules for your project.
What you can expect during our time together…
The first thing you should know, is that we will be with you every step of the way. You can expect regular communication on progress, comings and goings of the trades, upcoming deadlines for details to be confirmed and products to be chosen.
If you have a question, at any point in the process, we encourage you to ask. We will be on site multiple times a week to monitor progress and ensure all parties on site are clear as to what your vision is.
You can expect that all trades hired to be on your site are fully insured, including coverage with WSIB.
